This role has strong knowledge of Clients processes and systems. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in ERP technology. The Sr. Solutions Architect anticipates, researches, formally plans, and educates others on trends of their assigned system. This role is techno/functional and requires a business-savviness as well as knowledge of technologies this role understands how systems think including code and is responsible for the systemic technical soundness of all designs within their assigned system. This role serves as the Product Manager for their assigned ERP and is the highest level of escalation in the support process. Leads users in road mapping, requirements definition, and solution delivery Analyzes business problems and processes, develops alternative solutions and improvements and presents recommendations to project teams and business customers Maintains awareness of business data, industry standards and regulatory requirements Complies with development, quality and operational standards and methodologies including SDLC Executes and oversees the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, data migration, and testing elements of implementations including specifications; generation of functional/technical documents; creation, execution, and oversight of test plans; and user training Mentors and supports interns and departmental colleagues in their development Other duties as assigned EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years business applications experience with Epicor Prelude or Infor Syteline a plus 8+ years of analysis/super-user experience with ERP in a distribution/manufacturing environment JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS Strong consultative customer engagement and influencing skills across functional groups. Experienced with change management and process improvement skills SDLC and Agile software delivery methodologies (i.e. - Scrum) experience a plus Proficient in the functionality, development toolset, system architecture and system setups of ERP, Reporting Tools, and ERP bolt-ons Ability to describe complex problems and solutions in simple or understandable terms Demonstrates both strong analytic and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications Ability to establish and manage priorities in a high change environment Proven ability to execute swiftly without compromising quality Skills Assessment: Requires comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
