In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our data-driven initiatives by designing, developing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA HANA models. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our data solutions align with our strategic objectives and support our decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Model Development: Create and refine data models to effectively communicate current state, future state, and gap definitions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure models are aligned with business requirements and provide valuable insights. Model Optimization: Continuously enhance existing models by incorporating new ideas and best practices. Strive to make models more flexible, adaptable, and tightly linked to current and anticipated needs. Project Involvement: Actively participate in project requirements reviews, conceptual modeling, discovery processes, technical design reviews, and project meetings. Provide expert guidance and influence positive business outcomes. SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA to design, develop, and migrate data analytics solutions. Source data from SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Data archival systems to meet reporting requirements. HANA Modeling and Performance: Demonstrate strong skills in SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization. Ensure that models are efficient and deliver timely insights. ETL Development: Design, develop, and test ETL solutions, including modeling data warehouse metadata and automating data loading processes. Big Data Experience: Utilize your experience with big data technologies like Azure and Data Bricks to handle large-scale data sets and implement advanced analytics solutions. Operational Excellence: Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune services and applications. Possess a solid understanding of system capacity, bottlenecks, and the fundamentals of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, HANA Modeling, SQL Skills, and big data in an enterprise data warehousing environment. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization. Expertise in SQL and PLSQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with ETL tools and big data technologies. Business Acumen: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
