Our team manages and enhances the Service Hub, with Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM fully implemented and operational. We recently attended the ServiceNow Knowledge Conference and are eager to integrate the latest GenAI features into our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance ITSM modules within ServiceNow.
Support and improve Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM functionalities.
Collaborate with the team to manage the Service Hub efficiently.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working with Servicenow
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
ServiceNow certification and Agile experience.
