The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OFSAA 8.x, ECM, FCCM, and data mapping, with a particular focus on the OFSAA ECM and FCCM data models, especially Case Management tables. This role will involve analyzing data flows, debugging issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of OFSAA batches and jobs. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze and understand the OFSAA ECM and FCCM data models, with a deep focus on Case Management tables. Develop and maintain data mapping rules and procedures to ensure accurate data flow. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues. OFSAA Process Management: Monitor and optimize the execution of OFSAA batches and jobs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OFSAA processes. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the OFSAA ecosystem. Data Integration: Manage the integration of data from EDW/upbound systems into OFSAA tables. Develop and maintain data integration pipelines and workflows. Ensure data consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Knowledge Base: Stay updated on the latest OFSAA features, best practices, and industry trends. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and documentation. Qualifications: Strong understanding of OFSAA 8.x, ECM, FCCM, and data mapping. In-depth knowledge of OFSAA ECM and FCCM data models, especially Case Management tables. Experience with data flow analysis and troubleshooting. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Understanding of finance and accounting principles is a plus. Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
