The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing automated test scripts, identifying and solving complex issues, and ensuring the highest level of software quality. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to understand application features and business requirements. Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality and performance. Identify, document, and track bugs, performing root cause analysis and working with the development team to resolve issues. Continuously improve the automation framework, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Provide detailed reports on test results, coverage, and identified issues to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in automation testing. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Automation QA with a strong focus on test automation. Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks. Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services or a related industry. Knowledge of BDD/TDD practices and tools like Cucumber or JBehave. Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with performance and load testing tools. Location: This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, with a requirement to be on-site from day one. Compensation: The role offers a competitive hourly C2C rate, commensurate with experience.
