Complete understanding of the EC Product from OOB features standpoint. Experience in taking requirements, understanding the gap/problem, and designing/providing optimum solutions. Leading & collaborating with the entire team internal (Internal Connect) as well externally (leading in front of customer). Effective collaboration with other ServiceNow consultants to work as a team. Technical expertise setting up ServiceNow integrations/ServiceNow APIs Experience in configuring Service portals. Exposure to App engine studio and extensive experience in building custom scoped applications. Minimum CSA + 2 Mainline Certification Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of ServiceNow. Self-Starter and should need minimum oversight in a trust based Agile development environment.
