The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of these modules and a proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules, focusing on Manufacturing, Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Configure Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to streamline manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management processes. Ensure that all solutions are scalable and aligned with the company s long-term strategic goals. Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all project milestones are met. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules. Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support system use and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules, providing ongoing support as needed. Ensure that all Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM implementations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Develop and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management. Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and audits by providing necessary data and documentation. Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM Consultant with expertise in Manufacturing, Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory modules. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM architecture and functionality. Experience in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM is highly desirable.
