Summary

The Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud/Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, specifically in the areas of Manufacturing, Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of these modules and a proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules, focusing on Manufacturing, Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Configure Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Process Optimization:

Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement solutions to streamline manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management processes.

Ensure that all solutions are scalable and aligned with the company s long-term strategic goals.

Project Management:

Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all project milestones are met.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules.

Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support system use and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules, providing ongoing support as needed.

Ensure that all Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM implementations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Develop and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management.

Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and audits by providing necessary data and documentation.

Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM Consultant with expertise in Manufacturing, Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory modules.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM architecture and functionality.

Experience in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM is highly desirable.

Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion integrations and data migration.

Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules, such as Finance or Order Management, is a plus.

Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Apply client change processes and tools to create a strategy to support sustained adoption change initiatives.

Defining a OCM strategy with related concepts to land change within the impacted Organization, successfully.

Collaborate with Global OCM team to develop and deploy OCM approach.

Strong professional experience in Org. Development, Coaching, Visual Communications, Change Management, or related field expertise.

Build and maintain cross functional relationships with business leads and change champions

Lead and manage change readiness, change and people impact assessments

Contribute to OCM capability building across the organization and create feedback mechanisms that will help.

Facilitate Customer, Change Management Community of Practice sessions.

Determining the success metrics and KPIs that can be used to measure the success of the OCM project and adjust plans as needed.

Provide Change management training and consultation for business partners.

Proactive planning to manage and mitigate potential areas of change resistance.

Project Summary

Provide Technical support and development services on the ServiceNow platform critical to ServiceNow operations. These services include introducing new technology solutions to increase process efficiency and productivity. In order to fulfil this task, require project coordination, systems analysis, business analysis, development, training, and knowledge transfer for the ServiceNow workflow initiatives.

ServiceNow Developer

Mandatory Qualifications

At least 5 years experience developing workflows, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow.

At least 5 years experience with ServiceNow development experience implementing custom workflow applications and installing/configuring new ServiceNow modules.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

Minimum five (5) years FTE experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.

Minimum three (3) FTE years of the above experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Responsibilities

A: Facilitate the analysis, development, implementation, and training of automated workflows into the ServiceNow environment in accordance with industry best practice.

The Contractor will be responsible for:

Process analysis and documentation for changes to existing business process workflows.

Analysis and documentation for new business process workflows.

Project coordination and reporting tasks.

Facilitation of project steering committee meetings.

The successful development, implementation, and configuration of approved processes into ServiceNow workflows.

Data conversion, if needed.

The successful development and implementation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboards and reports on identified performance measures.

ServiceNow platform upgrades to the latest release version.

The development and delivery of training materials on all implemented workflows and configurations.

The delivery of training to DGS end-users.

Knowledge transfer to the State technical team.

B: Business Analysis:

Documents high-level business requirements.

Works with program SME(s) to define and document current business process flows using the agreed upon format.

Meets business objectives, documents, and validates business requirements including functional, technical, and security requirements.

Develops traceable requirements; reviews requirements with customers, developers, testers and others involved in implementing the business solution.

Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

Develops an expert understanding of business processes slated for automation or improved automation.

Works with program SME(s) to define and document the recommended future business process flows.

For any missing processes and/or procedures, creates and documents new processes/procedures using the agreed upon format.

Applies concepts of process and organizational improvement while developing comprehensive business designs in specified functional areas.

Designs and employs information-gathering techniques, including structured interviews, and facilitated workshops.

Produces flow charts, swim lane diagrams, context diagrams, and other structured analytic products to capture and communicate issues, root causes, concepts, and decisions.

Applies gap analysis techniques to define the nature and extent of needed change and document findings.

Documents issues and risks and escalates to the Project Manager.

Facilitates sessions with customers to define, review, and document the KPIs used to assess operational effectiveness in each area.

C: Project Coordination

Develops and tracks project schedule, scope, and risks.

Configures the ServiceNow cloud service to include customization and apply DGS branding to the application.

Conducts integration testing on new or updated business process workflows.

Supports system and user acceptance testing and provides defect resolution.

Develops release management documentation for each production change.

Creates a KPI dashboard and reports in the business environments per customer business requirements.

Creates status and metrics reports per business requirements.

Updates Maintenance and Operations documentation based on any architectural support changes.

Troubleshoots and mitigates reported defects.

Assists ServiceNow system administrators and developers with incident resolution, as needed.

E: Upgrades

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as IV&V or project oversight on a large-scale software development project.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in Agile software development life cycles, project management methodologies, and quality assurance processes.

Minimum of two (2) years experience working on one of the following:

Platform as a Service (PaaS); or

Software as a Service (SaaS).

Desirable Qualifications

Experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/ or local government entities by performing one or more of the following tasks:

Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management;

Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments;

Performing User Story, Story Points, and backlog assessments on a monthly basis;

Conducting End to end integration testing assessments and verification;

Conducting UAT script development assessments and verification; or

Conducting End to end functionality assessments and verification based on the approved process flows.

Experience with IV&V services with two of the following:

Enterprise case management system with excess of 10,000 users;

Large data conversions with a minimum of 10 million records; or

Salesforce, ServiceNow, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud or Amazon WebServices.

Possession of a valid certificate in one of the following:

Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP);

Project Management Professional (PMP);

Senior Project Manager

Mandatory Qualifications

Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.

Conduct independent assessments of project deliverables, processes, and outcomes.

Identify and document risks, issues, and non-conformities.

Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

D. Stakeholder Communication and Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and understand project scope.

Communicate IV&V findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings and presentations to discuss IV&V results and action plans.

E. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare detailed IV&V reports, including findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of IV&V activities and results.

Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to stakeholders.

F. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in IV&V and quality assurance.

Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of IV&V processes.

Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
