This includes application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, projects, and programs. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain the release schedule for core services. Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality. Coordinate with Change Management and operations to execute changes. Identify configuration items with software developers and technology team members. Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and roadblocks. Prepare and maintain release configuration documentation. Communicate release details and schedules to Business Units. Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities. Conduct after-hours deployment activities. Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities. Experience: 8+ years in an enterprise software organization. 6-8 years of experience with Release Management discipline and processes. Experience with Agile & SAFe, working with Agile teams, and leveraging Agile tools. Experience in the financial industry preferred. 6+ years in information systems operations in systems analysis or development. Skills Ability to build and maintain release dashboards in GCP environment Ability to Monitor & Maintain CI/CD & DevOps pipelines for Release Management Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience mentoring and guiding engineers. Excellent facilitation, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability to influence and negotiate. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Effective leadership and analytical skills.
