Role: CA Workload Automation Consultant Location: Troy, New York Duration: 24 Months Job ID: SLG - 19 - 9763 Client: NY State Respond by Date: 08/21/24 5:00 PM ****In-person Interview**** Description Consultant to create, monitors, & execute batch enterprise batch schedules. Duties Creating procedures in enterprise batch scheduling software according to instructions provided by technical staff. Performing necessary actions to ensure proper execution of batch schedules. Monitoring enterprise batch schedule progress and report issues to the appropriate technical teams for resolution. Migrating programs and files into production libraries. Analyzing job failures and take appropriate action to communicate and resolve the issue, following run book documentation or additional business user instructions provided. Effectively communicating with technical staff when assisting in resolving job failures or completing ad hoc requests. Documenting job failures and resolutions and notify appropriate staff. Mandatory Requirements Experience (6+ Years) Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
