In this role, you'll be responsible for leveraging Salesforce data to drive business insights, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision making across the organization. Data Analyst: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making for the Company Program. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement Design and implement dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions Develop and maintain data quality standards within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Perform regular audits of Salesforce data and processes to identify areas for optimization Provide technical expertise on Salesforce data structure, objects, and relationships Support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce integrations with other systems Train and mentor junior team members on Salesforce data analysis best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, and relationships Proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools, including Report Builder and Dashboard Builder Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with Salesforce APIs and data integration techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus AI/ML experience Required Skills: Salesforce Data Analysis SQL Data Visualization Business Intelligence Process Optimization Nice to Have: Anthropic (AI tool) Keywords: artificial intelligence machine learning business intelligence green card Urgent ::Senior Salesforce Data Analyst [email protected] |
