| From: Sradha Suman Nayak, Adventa tech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Program Manager (Shared Services/CTB/RTB) Location: New York City, New York Duration: 12 months Visa: CITIZEN,H4 EAD,GREEN CARD,GC EAD Moi: Skype CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE WITH WITH CBT (CHANGE THE BANK) AND RTB (RUN THE BANK) AND SHARED SERVICES (reflecting in the projects of candidate) Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and Must be local to New York, Within 30-40 miles from NYC with DL or a State issued ID (Not Bills/ Representation) (No relocation) Key Responsibilities: Lead program management and coordination efforts to define and implement a solution to systematically track and report upon Shared Services Technology expenses by expense drivers Facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders in finance and across technology divisions to document requirements on key expense categories and expense drivers along with options to systematically track Facilitate implementation of requirements, install required testing and business validation check points and manage quality assurance / user acceptance testing (QA/UAT) cycles Develop and own project plan, status updates, requirements document/Jira board, and run daily stand ups Provide credible challenge to technology division and finance leadership on the proposed bucketing and tracking of expense drivers Key Qualifications: Experience working in a Tech CFO/Tech Finance organization at a large financial institutions Knowledge of the different drivers of shared services technology expenses are how they are allocated back to lines of business Experience with tracking and projecting technology expenses such as CTB/RTB labor, software capitalization/IDS amort, capital expenditures, space, third-party software, and other IP&C Experience in working with technology budgets, expense/P&L management, and multi-year planning General knowledge of key technology products and services in the financial services industry Experience in facilitating working sessions to elicit requirements and overseeing implementation of sustainable reporting solutions Ability to manage a program end-to-end, including development of program plan, stakeholder coordination, status updates, and implementation tracking and oversight Keywords: cprogramm quality analyst green card Idaho Urgent hiring -Program Manager (Shared Services or CTB or RTB)-New York City, New York-CITIZEN,H4 EAD,GREEN CARD,GC EAD [email protected] |
