Lead Performance Engineer or Performance Architect location: Waltham, MA Hire Type: Contract Job Description: Role Description: Create Performance Test Plan, Test Strategy per NFRs Develop scripts in different Performance tools like Neolaod, Jmeter and Loadrunner. Design and run tests like Load, Soak, Scalability etc. Monitor and analyze from tools like Dynatrace/ AppDynamics/New Relic etc. Application monitoring/Observability, building dashboards (Grafana tool), identifying & establishing SLAs, logging & tracing. Developing frameworks to automate the activities in performance engineering life cycle. Experience in AWS or Azure platform to run performance tests. Proactively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required. Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach.
