The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize Salesforce data models to support complex business processes and reporting requirements. Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Lead large-scale data migration and integration projects, including ETL processes and API integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices for Salesforce data management. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities. Oversee data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to maintain high data quality standards. Design and implement data archiving and purging strategies to optimize system performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, flows, and integration points. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and leverage new features to improve data management processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce. Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer certification. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification. Extensive experience with Salesforce data modeling, including custom objects, fields, and relationships. Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and declarative Salesforce development tools. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns. Experience with ETL tools and data migration techniques. Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. AI/ML experience Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and big data technologies. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts as they apply to data management.
