We are seeking an experienced UiPath Implementation Project Manager to lead an exciting automation transformation journey within the healthcare industry. This role will be pivotal in managing a strategic automation initiative, starting in the revenue cycle management domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of UiPath, and the ability to lead a distributed team of developers, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of UiPath-based automation projects, with a focus on revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry. Team Management: Oversee a team of 8 developers (4 onshore and 4 offshore), ensuring effective collaboration, task delegation, and performance management. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, located in Central Florida, ensuring clear communication, understanding of client needs, and alignment of project goals with business objectives. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation and adherence to project deadlines. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, from development to deployment. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, documenting progress, challenges, and outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the refinement of automation best practices within the organization Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on UiPath implementations and automation projects. UiPath Certification required Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes within the healthcare industry. Technical Expertise: Proficient in UiPath with a deep understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles, tools, and best practices. Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing distributed teams, including onshore and offshore resources. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
