| From: Rajesh Kumar, Pivotal Technologies, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Sr. Project Manager Oracle Fusion Deployment Supply Chain Location: 9 Northeastern Blvd, Salem, NH Duration: 12+ month Contact Location Details: Fully Remote- with occasional travel required No:H1B Important Skills Technical Oracle SCM, Order Management, Supply Chain projects, PMP Must be willing to travel when needed on a Quarterly basis (usually North Carolina or New Hampshire) Must have recently been a PM for an Oracle Fusion Finance Deployment Need excellent SCM with multiple modules Recent SCM fusion implementation experience as a PM Must Have: 6+ years experience as a Project Manager, within IT programs Extensive background within Supply Chain and Oracle SCM Experience implementing ERP (Specifically Oracle Fusion) Experience with JIRA Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Supply Chain track of our Oracle Fusion Transformation project. This role is critical to assist the program and the business focus on the key steps and tasks of the program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, with specific experience supporting Supply Chain initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion, with a primary focus on Supply Chain business processes. Develop and manage detailed project plans that are necessary to complement the overall program plan. Ensure your focus areas/actions within the project stay on track with respect to scope and schedule. Monitor project progress within your focus areas, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stakeholder Management and Meeting Coordination: Collaborate with team members within Supply Chain to ensure execution against program objectives. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders in support of the program plan to drive the program forward. Prepare meeting agendas, document discussions, and track action items to ensure accountability. Facilitate communication between team members to drive project progress. Documentation: Oversee the creation/update of key deliverables requiring input and signoff by Supply Chain team members. Ensure all deliverables being updated by Supply Chain is complete, and accessible to relevant team members. Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and other key stakeholders. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, and drive action to mitigate identified program risks. Maintain a risk register and report on the status of risks and issues regularly. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager, primarily with IT programs Understanding and experience with Supply Chain business processes Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
