Required Review of PM qualification consistent with the VITA PMQR and CIO overview Required Familiarization with the Commonwealths Technology Portfolio (CTP) tool, Planview Enterprise One Required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Required Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Required Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Required Description: ELECT is seeking a senior level Project Manager (PM) to lead the implementation of its SVRS, a new statewide voter registration and election management system. The Project Manager will perform all tasks and duties related to the day-to-day project management function in accordance with the PMI Program Management Standard and in alignment with existing ELECT processes to ensure the successful implementation of the SVRS.
