| Job Title: SAP ABAP Consultant Supply Chain Management Location: Remote Experience required - 12+ years Key Responsibilities: ABAP Development: Design, code, and test custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) to meet client requirements. Solution Design: Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews and optimize existing ABAP programs for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for SAP modules, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions. Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and user guides. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Experience: 6-8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework. SAP Modules: Experience working with SAP SCM modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP) is highly desirable. Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP PI/PO, IDocs, and other integration technologies. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable technical solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
