Could you review the following job requirement and let me know if you are interested Job Role: AI/ML Ops Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote Job) Visa: NO OPT Consultants Duration: 12+ Months Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/MLOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. You will work on mission-critical projects that help treat mental health disorders by applying advanced AI and ML techniques. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust machine learning pipelines, ensure the scalability of models, and drive continuous improvement in our AI/ML capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for mental health applications. Conduct feature engineering to improve model performance and interpretability. Implement and evaluate models using metrics such as confusion matrices to assess accuracy, precision, recall, and other key performance indicators. Develop and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to refine model requirements and ensure alignment with clinical objectives. Perform hyperparameter tuning, model validation, and testing to optimize model performance. Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Document model development processes and maintain clear, comprehensive records of experiments and outcomes. Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our capabilities. Qualifications: Proven experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Expertise in feature engineering, model validation, and performance evaluation using confusion matrices and other relevant metrics. Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, or similar. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions. Experience with data versioning, model tracking, and experiment management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Passion for mental health and a strong commitment to contributing to projects that make a positive impact on society. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the healthcare or mental health sector. Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
