Duration: 6-12 months w likely extension. Rate: $70/hour C2C Start: Mid-September US citizen or Green card only. Must have IT /OT and SCADA Infrastructure experience Job Description: IT Security Project manager Our client is looking for an IT Security Project Manager. The candidate must have experience with IT/OT Security and Infrastructure. Must have CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE EXPERIENCE. Job Responsibilities: Desired Qualification/Experience Strong experience managing multiple SCADA projects involving Cybersecurity, Network design, Infrastructure upgrades, application upgrades and implementing security requirements. Working experience with managing cybersecurity regulatory requirements such as TSA, NERC CIP or any other Electric/gas industry regulations Ability to write meaningful status reports, highlight the risks/actions and present them to the leadership Technical Project Management experience Strong knowledge of project management software and tools Strong knowledge of budget and forecasts Experience in managing the project risks and interdependencies PMP or equivalent Project management experience Roles & Responsibilities Proactively manage multiple SCADA security projects in terms of scope, identify critical variables, and devise execution and Contingency plans Manage all aspects for project execution including discovery, schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, & customer relations Develop and maintain project documentation related to Project Planning, schedule & budgets, project risks, and lessons learned Define project baseline, scope, resource allocation and deliverables Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders Managing multiple vendors involved in various projects.
