Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database software (SQL Server Or any of the NoSQL like Cassandra, Mongo, Elastic Search)2. Should have working experience in python or any equivalent scripting language to develop and maintain data pipelines inout of SQLNoSQL3. Should have working knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Linux OS4. Should have working experience with AWS Lambda5. Work with Development team to help determine and deploy the best datastore technology and data model strategy for their needs6. Work with Development team to understand the Application requirement and design database schema accordingly7. Manage the operations for both development and production databases8. Create and configure Alerts to health check the servers and the databases running on them9. Design, implement, maintain and automate the appropriate backup and recovery architecture as required10. Work with internal teams to plan and schedule application upgrades11. Troubleshoot SQL\\NoSQL issues and performance bottlenecks12. Minimum 3 days to the office every week. if needed, should be willing to come to the office on any day.13. 24 x 7 On call support for any PROD issues (1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (2.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (3.) To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks. (4.) To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
