Role: Automation Testing at PA Exp:8+Yrs Location: Malvern ,PA (Day one Onsite) PASSPORT NUMBER IS MUST FOR SUBMISSION Job Description: POSITION / TITLE: AUTOMATION TEST ENGINEER JOB DESRIPTION Knowledge about principles of automation framework design, Test automation methodologies, Processes, and standards. Ability to design and maintain test automation frameworks and develop automated test scripts. Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium Web driver, Selenium Grid. Sound knowledge on Java/Javascript. Proficient in Unit test frameworks such as TestNG/POM/Paje Factory etc. Strong background and experience on manual testing concepts, methodologies, SDLC models. Experience in REST API testing and API automation. RESPONSIBILITIES As Quality Assurance Automation Developer, you will be responsible for the following: Analyze application/testing requirements, implement automation solutions for automated testing of applications/products. Design, Develop, Maintain and Execute automation scripts. Build and maintain automation frameworks/libraries, tools interfaces. Analyze execution results, Produce reports on automated executions. Engage with program/project managers, business analysts, developers, testers, and product owners to ensure that all test automation activities occur in a timely fashion. Communicate on status/progress on design, development, and maintenance activities as required by stakeholders. Hands-on experience on Selenium Webdriver. Experience working in an Agile, Incremental & Iterative, Scrum environment. Experience in using TDD/BDD frameworks like TestNG/Cucumber/jBehave/Specflow. (anyone). Proven experience in all aspects of integration, functional, and regression testing. Ability to identify gaps in the testing process, suggest/implement improvements. Ability to think out of the box, adapt, and implement innovative solutions. Strong problem solving, logical and analytical skills. Exposure to Continuous Integration Environments. Strong Web Services Automation Experience on REST/SOAP services. Experience on Load Test (Jmeter) is an added advantage. Executing Test cases, logging defects, and reporting the progress to Test Lead/ Manager. Communicating with Development Team & other relevant teams for Defect resolution Providing Test Results and other inputs for creating Test Report and Test Sign off documentation. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Overall, 4-7 years of experience in Testing Applications and desktop Web/Enterprise Applications. MUST HAVE SKILLS Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Jenkins, REST API Automation, DataBase Knowledge of revision control software (ex. SVN, Git, etc.) OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE Strong Analytical Skills, Load Testing (Jmeter).
