Sr. Automation QA Engineer (on W2) Location: Hopkins, MN (Hybrid) Client: To be disclosed with the candidate. Please focus on locals only Note: This position will be automation heavy, requiring understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium and/or Protractor). Responsibilities: Leading a team of QA engineers to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Coordinating and prioritizing testing efforts across multiple projects to meet deadlines and goals. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to accurately translate requirements into test plans and strategies. Working with development teams to ensure code testability and alignment on quality objectives. Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvement. Developing, maintaining, and improving automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Protractor. Designing and implementing automated test scripts for comprehensive test coverage and efficient regression testing. Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools/processes to meet quality goals. Managing and executing manual and automated test cases to ensure high-quality product releases. Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution.
