Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service. Experience with data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts. Proficient in SQL and working with various data sources. Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS). Familiarity with Azure cloud services (ADF, Synapse) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Microsoft certifications related to Power BI or data analytics. Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is an advantage. Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning in Power BI is a plus. Experience in agile project management methodologies is a big plus. Must be able to design reports with data masking and row level security. Should be able to manage customers. Must have good communication skills Should be the point person to oversee/ peer review the work of the other team members.
