Position : Sr. Project Manager (Finance) Location : Renton, WA- Onsite Requirement: Must be in the office 2 days a week (Monday and Thursday). Duration: 12 months Visa : NOH1B/CPT Interview mode: : VIDEO Job Description Operational Finance Management: Oversee the HI team's finances within systems like Genesis, Project Online, and IQN. Tasks include managing budget transfers, purchase orders, requisitions, invoice payments, timecard reconciliation, and leading budget review meetings. Opex Subject Matter Expert (SME): Provide consulting support on operational financial policies, procedures, and data sources. Assist with purchase orders, contract approvals, budget reviews, and accrual processes. Capital Admin: Manage the HI capital portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations. Handle ongoing budget transfers, invoice research, timecard reconciliation, and facilitate labor sweeps. Capital SME: Offer guidance on project capital policies, procedures, and navigating financial systems related to capital management. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and software Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting Strong understanding of Accounting and GL transactions Experience managing the Contract Lifecycle Expertise in Financial Reporting Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Oracle ERP Experience with Project Online and IQN/Beeline Knowledge of Azure Marketplace Orders Process Improvement experience Ability to present formally and informally to managers and key stakeholders PMP certification from the Project Management Institute MD AFTAB ALAM US IT Recruiter ConvexTech Inc.
