The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ECC 5.0 or higher, focusing on HR/Payroll configuration and issue resolution in a live environment. This is an on-site position located in Glendale, AZ, within the oil & gas industry. Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of Payroll/HR modules in SAP ECC 5.0 or higher. Develop and maintain functional specifications and detailed configuration documentation. Conduct comprehensive interface analysis, design, and create detailed interface specifications. Perform unit testing for configurations, interfaces, forms, and reports to ensure system stability. Author and execute integration test scripts, documenting pass/fail results. Collaborate closely with clients to validate design decisions, facilitate testing, and secure sign-offs. Provide expert guidance and resolve complex issues during global HR implementations, including international transfers. Required Skills: 7+ years of SAP Payroll configuration experience in SAP ECC 5.0 or higher. In-depth knowledge of HR/Payroll/Benefits processes and statutory requirements. Proven experience with global HR implementations, including international transfers. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience in R/3 Enterprise configuration.
