The consultant will adhere to application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process. Mandatory Qualification: Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design. Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 24 months experience with Azure DevOps Server 84 months experience in using Workers Compensation Insurance Rating Board guidelines and regulations to develop and support software to analyze and process Workers Compensation and Disability insurance premium 84 months experience in Software Development Life Cycle to generate and process CIRB Estimated Experience Ratings, Workers Compensation Insurance Policy Renewals, Rebills, and Audits 84 months experience with Oracle PL/SQL utilizing Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers and Advanced Queuing 60 months experience with ACORD AL3 data format and transformation for Underwriting and Claims applications 60 months experience as a .NET application developer using C#, Visual Studio 2010 or newer version 60 months experience in developing software systems for supporting Workers Compensation and Disability Insurance account receivables billing (using Accrual Accounting Method) 48 months experience with ActiveBatch job scheduler and Visual Build Pro Version 10 Bachelors Degree Project Management Professional Certification.
