Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: Workday Financial ERP Functional Consultant Location: Remote / Hybrid Indianapolis, IN Duration: 6-12Months VISA: NO H1B/CPT ---------------------------JOB DESCRIPTION--------------------------- Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Financials, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system configurations. Provide guidance and best practices for the adoption and use of Workday Financial modules, ensuring clients maximize the value of their investment. Participate in data conversion and integration activities, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to Workday. Work closely with technical teams to support customizations, integrations, and reporting needs. Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases and updates, ensuring the client's system remains current and optimized. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, specifically with Workday Financials. In-depth knowledge of Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting. Proven experience leading Workday Financial implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Strong understanding of financial business processes and ERP best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Workday certification in Financials is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Workday Financials. Familiarity with other Workday modules such as HCM or Payroll. Project management experience or certification.
