This is a fast-paced role requiring immediate onboarding . Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of Business Solutions and Lead Salesforce Architect to deliver Salesforce-based solutions for the Model N project. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain complex Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages. Create and configure Lightning Components to enhance user experience. Build and manage complex workflow automation using Salesforce Flows. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and middleware. Perform data migration, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Qualification 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, profiles, roles, and permissions. Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce Developer Certification (preferred).
