| SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) Grapevine, TX(onsite) 12+ Months Project Role Overview: The SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) Senior Consultant will lead the deployment of advanced supply chain solutions within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. With expertise in Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management, this role is key to enhancing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a critical role in transforming business and technology processes related to SAP OTC, ensuring seamless data flow and operations. This position also involves developing and delivering training materials using tools like SAP EnableNow or uPerform. Key Responsibilities: Understand and implement SAP S/4HANA-based supply chain solutions, focusing on Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management. Analyze SAP S/4HANA SCM applications and solutions, translating them into effective SAP SCM strategies and configurations. Integrate SAP SCM processes with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, PP, MDG) to foster inter-departmental synergy and operational coherence. Collaborate with business users to optimize supply chain processes through SAP S/4HANA solutions, enhancing overall business efficiency. Design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training materials using tools like SAP EnableNow or uPerform to improve user adoption and proficiency. Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities related to business process and technology transformation. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SCM with at least two full life cycle implementations or rollouts in SAP S/4HANA within the SCM process area. Expertise in SAP SCM processes, particularly in Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management, within the wholesale distribution and discrete manufacturing industries. Integration knowledge between SAP SCM modules (MM, IM, EWM) and other SAP modules like FI, CO, SD, PP, and MDG. Proven ability to develop and deliver SAP training materials using SAP EnableNow or uPerform. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
