It maintains the system of record for all disability policies Duties Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers Develop batch application using .net, oracle Plan and design the structure of a technology solution Communicate software requirements to app dev team members Develop software with modern web development frameworks Provide technical guidance for the PHS App Dev team The consultant will adhere to NYSIFs application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process Mandatory Requirements Experience (12+ Years) Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
