| Product Manager Location:- New York City, New York or Dallas, TX Duration- Contract Responsibilities include: o Work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic team working environment o Incorporate data, user research and market analysis to inform product strategy and create product roadmaps o Actively contribute to the strategic direction of the product by working closely with the teams/stakeholders across the organization o Balance creative vision with technical feasibility, repeatedly pushing our software to the edge of what's possible o Drive delivery through product development scrums and escalate risks early on o Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to track and deliver on key OKRs o Proactively identify areas to improve processes and product features based onuser feedback o Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met o Lead product ideation, creation of inputs for wire framing, refinement o Lead the delivery of UAT testing and roll out of the product Basic qualifications: o Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience o 5-12 years of previous work experience as a Product Manager, or similar role o Ability to communicate complex problems and roadmaps to stakeholders o Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers, and stakeholders o Experience in performing product demos to user and eliciting feedback o Comfortable with Agile processes, with an emphasis on writing high-quality acceptance criteria and eliciting requirements o Self-directed team player, ability to drive high performance and work independently or in a team-oriented and fast paced environment o Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills o Good analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability to set, meet and exceed targets Preferred qualifications o Experience managing an entire product's lifecycle, from conception to launch o Technical background o Familiarity with JIRA and confluence o Experience building financial products o Experience in loans/lending space Warm Regards Iyyappaswamy Sr Resource Manager Tekshapers Inc -- Keywords: information technology Texas Job Open for Product Manager _New York City, New York or Dallas, TX [email protected] |
