Role: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Location: Cleveland, OH (Only Locals or Nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. Implement OCI services such as compute, storage, networking, and databases. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or OCI-native tools. Monitor and maintain OCI environments to ensure high availability and performance. Optimize cloud resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage and maintain databases, applications, and middleware in the cloud. Implement security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and vulnerability management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies in cloud deployments. Conduct regular security audits and disaster recovery planning. Collaborate with DevOps, development, and IT teams to integrate OCI with existing on-premises and cloud environments. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OCI-related issues. Participate in on-call rotations to support mission-critical systems. Stay updated with the latest OCI features, best practices, and industry trends. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance OCI usage and performance. Develop and maintain documentation for OCI environments, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in OCI services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security. Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or OCI Resource Manager. Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or Professional certification (preferred). Additional certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
