| Job Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Cincinnati, OH (Day 1 onsite) Interview Mode: Phone and Skype Role Description: As an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion applications. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that Oracle SOA and Oracle Fusion GRC Advanced Controls are effectively integrated into our systems. Your expertise will drive the successful deployment and functionality of Oracle Fusion solutions, enhancing business processes and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion applications, including configuring modules, designing solutions, and ensuring alignment with business needs. Utilize your knowledge of Oracle SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect Oracle Fusion applications with other enterprise systems. Implement and manage Oracle Fusion GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Advanced Controls to ensure robust compliance and risk management frameworks are in place. Conduct a thorough analysis of business requirements and processes to translate them into effective technical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their needs. Customize Oracle Fusion applications as needed to meet specific business requirements. Develop reports, workflows, and dashboards using Oracle tools. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and usage of Oracle Fusion applications. Required Competencies: Proven experience with Oracle SOA Suite, including designing and implementing integration solutions that streamline business processes and enhance system connectivity. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance Advanced Controls, with a strong track record of implementing and managing compliance solutions. Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge technical solutions with business requirements effectively. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing or contributing to Oracle Fusion implementation projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
