Need more into finance/mortgage exp and 14+ years of exp need We are seeking a Senior Data (SQL) Engineer with experience developing Tableau reports & dashboards to meet business user requirements for data visualization. Must have STRONG experience creating complex SQL queries Well-versed in querying AWS cloud databases and various data source systems to then conduct reporting off those datasets. (RedShift primarily, Oracle, S3) Data Analysis experience is required Ability to create and deliver report to Users from a Business perspective. Ability to query data using complex SQL to build front-end. Data Visualization experience is required ability to take the data and represent it in a way that is consumable by Business and IT Create dashboards and reports Experience with Alteryx and ThoughtSpot is preferred Tableau is sitting on AWS today. Tableau version 4 - 2021 This is a backend system Other Details The Tableau Developer performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Looking for a Tableau Reports and Dashboard developer for backend system. AWS Cloud experience is highly desirable. Tableau sits on AWS data must be retrieved from Redshift, S3 datastores. 1. Analyze the current database design components 2. Interact with User base to gather requirements 3. Based on 1) and 2), design the Tableau Reports, conduct data analysis and data visualization (main responsibility) 4. Create Tableau reports to meet user requirements (main responsibility) 5. Work with the user base to share the reports created and get signoff 6. Train the users 7. Tableau v.4 8. Redshift, S3 and/or Netezza DB is primary Oracle is also in environment 9. Build out reports with Tableau 10. Tableau Dashboard Dev 11. Some Data analysis skills are important handle data requests and send out report (in tableau to user) 12.
