The platform we want to use is the SalesForce Marketing Cloud suite, and therefore are looking for a team to implement the minimal viable product and see whether or not it fits the business requirements. The IT Business Analyst will need to be able to work in an Agile manner, as we are looking to possibly deploy the solution in 4 sprints of 2 weeks each approximately. The IT BA will need to be proficient at BA concepts and tools and be able to help and sometimes lead discussions alongside with the IT Project Manager. The IT Business Analyst will need to have experience in the SalesForce platform and preferably also in the SalesForce Marketing Cloud Suite. Project Details: What are we doing: Creating an environment in SFMC where we can run a campaign for the purposes of this pilot to see if the platform will suffice the needs of the business going forward for their targeted communication. What are we going to prove: Is SFMC the right tool to utilize for these targeted communication campaigns we want to run in the group and potentially beyond. How are we going to prove: Build a minimum viable product in a testing environment on SFMC, either by utilizing the existing instance in Polymers or creating a new environment to do UAT. We will be running a targeted communication campaign to the selected audience (provided by the business) and seeing whether or not it was effective through data insights that we will analyse and review post-campaign.
