Role: Oracle Fusion Techno Functional consultant Location: Cleveland, OH (Only Locals or Nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Key Skills: Oracle SOA, Oracle Fusion GRC Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet business needs, including Financials, Supply Chain, and HCM modules. Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and OTBI. Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with business users to enhance system functionality and optimize business processes. Lead and participate in the implementation of new Oracle Fusion modules, upgrades, and patches. Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle Fusion applications. Document technical and functional specifications, configurations, and procedures. Train and support end-users on Oracle Fusion functionality and best practices. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion features, technologies, and industry trends. Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications with both technical and functional expertise. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, particularly Financials, SCM, and HCM. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration tools. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion BI tools (e.g., OTBI, BIP). Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications. Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Oracle Fusion certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM) are preferred.
