Current model has the 3PL doing all of the analysis and set the cost, but moving forward Abbott will do the calculations internally and send to UPS. This is one of the most high profile projects at Abbott to bring 6-10 million dollars of savings a year. In 2025, there is a Nordic system that will have to be integrated into SAP. Also in 2025 this group will bring cadency to the table and new projects for doing Journal Entries outside of SAP, involved in regulated based work to the environment. This person will help prepare for S/4 Hana Journey that includes reviewing the current systems, take the assessments that Deloitte has provided and then help create the plan for migration and creating a global template. In China there is a separate SAP system in China and this will need to be upgraded and have to do all of the documentation. Another System in China (they use K-3) will be retired and data will need to be migrated into SAP. Work to increase system performance. For example, Last year tickets went down 39% and this person will help standardize the US system Responsibilities: This team is under the corporate umbrella and this role will be a part of the architectural review board. This person will own the entire R2R spectrum and will be the domain architecture but will be a manager of solution architecture, will understand the business and processes and will work with David to articulate what is needed to further system improvement. This person needs to come from a highly regulated environment. This person will not be a hands on person, however work with the off short term in Manilla for any technical or configuration work and may need to go into the system to troubleshoot issues. This person will be partners with the business and bring a consultative mindset. This person will attend weekly meetings to understand the punch list of items needed, work with the BRM (Business Relationship Managers) to identify top priorities and then work with teams for development. This role will integrate with P2P, OTC and all other business streams.
