As a Genesys Cloud Developer, you will leverage your expertise to create robust and efficient cloud-based contact center environments using the Genesys Cloud platform. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud. Development: Develop and implement Genesys Cloud applications, including IVR systems, interaction routing, and designer components. Integration: Integrate Genesys Cloud with other systems and applications, such as CRM platforms and back-end databases. Automation: Identify opportunities to automate processes and streamline workflows within the Genesys Cloud environment. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys Cloud applications and integrations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Genesys Cloud features and best practices to ensure optimal solution performance. Required Skills and Experience: 8-10 years of experience working with contact center applications and associated integrations. Strong development experience using C# or Java. In-depth knowledge of Genesys Composer, Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD), and Interaction Workspace (IW). At least 5 years of experience as a Genesys developer. Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines. 4+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
