Troubleshooting and Support:- Provide Level 3 support for AD and Azure AD-related issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.8. Documentation:- Maintain detailed documentation of AD and Azure AD configurations.- Create knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.9. Collaboration:- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to integrate AD/Azure AD into overall enterprise architecture.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements.10.
