| Hi Team, Share resume on below position- Detailed responsibilities v Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations. v Troubleshooting knowledge, ADDC, Roles, ADFS, Azure Connect, DNS Service and DNS resolution issues v Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems v Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues v Configure and support DNS for new domain v Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents v Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture v Research acute technical problems such as inconsistent email retention, cluster communication failures, and public folder replication issues v Work cross functional with other teams to drive initiatives v Developing comprehensive test cases to include testing scenarios for both normal and degraded (e.g., disaster recovery, continuity of operations, data recovery/spills, ) operations, pass/fail criteria, performance criteria, capacity planning, measurement criteria, results analysis procedures, and results/status reporting criteria v Independently process client requests for Active Directory based application access v Creating and maintaining documentation of all systems and application configurations and modifications v Must possess proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed computing environment v Authentication Topology v Security Patches v System Performance Monitoring IAVA Compliance v Replication Vendor Hot Fixes v Scheduled Initialization Systems Auditing v Replication Maintenance Event Log Management v DDNS Management Security Management v Independent technical research v Familiar with PowerShell scripting v Ability to serve in a weekly rotation of 24/5 and on call support on Weekends (approximately one week out of 4) v Ability to solve difficult technical challenges on a global scale independently and as a Thanks & Regards Ayushi Srivastava Email-id- [email protected] Direct No- 9196705724 -- Keywords: active directory information technology Idaho C2C Requirments Azure Active Directory Support Engineer in Sanjose, CA [email protected] |
