Position: Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Duration : 12+ months Role Overview: Combine technical expertise and functional knowledge to design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion applications tailored to client needs. Technical Responsibilities: Customize Oracle Fusion applications using tools such as Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Integration Cloud. Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data integrations. Configure and maintain application modules, ensuring system stability and performance. Functional Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements to tailor Oracle Fusion solutions. Configure modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, and CRM according to business needs. Provide end-user training and support, creating user manuals and documentation. Implementation & Support: Lead or support Oracle Fusion implementation projects from planning through go-live. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing technical support and maintenance. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges. Coordinate with development teams, QA testers, and other consultants to ensure project success. Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Oracle Fusion applications and technologies. Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling. Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud certification). Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Adaptability to changing project requirements and technologies.
