[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: RTL design / SoC integration Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Job Description: As a SoC Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our advanced ADAS processor SoCs. You will be responsible for the seamless integration of complex third-party intellectual property (IP) into our SoC designs. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that all integrated IPs function optimally within the SoC, meeting rigorous performance, quality, and reliability standards. Key Responsibilities: IP Integration: Integrate complex third-party IPs into the SoC, ensuring compatibility and performance. Configure IPs according to the requirements and specifications. Develop and implement logic to facilitate seamless integration of IPs within the SoC. RTL Quality Assurance: Perform RTL quality checks to ensure correctness and efficiency. Address and resolve Lint, Clock Domain Crossing (CDC), and Reset Domain Crossing (RDC) issues. Fix any defects identified by the Design Verification (DV) teams. Collaboration with Physical Design Teams: Work closely with Physical Design teams to address equivalence check issues, timing closure challenges, and area optimization. Ensure that integrated IPs meet all physical design requirements and constraints. Defect Resolution: Diagnose and rectify issues reported by DV teams. Provide timely fixes and updates to maintain the integrity and performance of the SoC. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and issue resolutions. Provide regular updates and reports on the integration status and any challenges encountered. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SoC integration, RTL design, and verification, preferably in ADAS or related fields. Skills: Proficiency in RTL design languages (Verilog, VHDL). Strong understanding of SoC architecture and IP integration. Experience with Lint, CDC, and RDC tools and methodologies. Familiarity with physical design constraints and timing analysis. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ADAS or automotive SoC design. Knowledge of third-party IP integration and configuration. Familiarity with EDA tools and flows for RTL design and verification.
