| Location 3 days on-site Philadelphia, PA Responsibilities: SME for wireless network systems, including LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi Drive the evolution of wireless architecture to meet business and customer needs Work closely with partners, internal IT, wireless engineering, product, and support teams to define use cases and architecture for the XM product and ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance coverage and experience Diagnose and resolve customer reported network/service issues promptly Integrate network systems with provisioning systems to ensure efficient service delivery and customer activation Collaborate with billing systems to ensure accurate data flow and synchronization for customer billing Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, to provide updates and recommendations Stay informed about emerging wireless technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions Participate in the development of new products and features that leverage the latest wireless advancements Provide senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprises overall Telecom architecture Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, networks, and software across the enterprise Analyze existing networks and equipment and identify opportunities for improvement, system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals Develop and document the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards Assist in the development of and manage an architecture governance process Provide technical guidance to project team areas as appropriate Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprises architecture needs Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience 8+ years as a Solutions Architect with numerous years of Telecom work Experience in infrastructure/systems environments performing systems planning, architecture design, Security, and optimization Thanks & Regards, Saurabh Singh E: saurabh.singh @sanmanaglobal.com | www.sanmanaglobal.com 2338 RAY HUBBARD WAY, WYLIE | TEXAS, 75098 -- Keywords: information technology fiveg Pennsylvania Wisconsin Urgent Need of Wireless Architect -- Philadelphia, PA [email protected] |
