| Hi, I Hope you are doing well, A brief version of the job description is attached below, if you are interested revert to my mail with your updated resume Role: Senior Project Manager (Development Side Project Manager needed Dotnet Technologies) Location: Bayport, MN Onsite (2 Days in week) Duration: Long Term Rate: $65-70/hr on C2C Visa GC / USC Job Description The Senior Project Manager will provide overall project management of critical projects primarily for client Information Technology projects and products. Core responsibilities include project initiation, planning, control, execution, and communication activities about technology and business solutions. This role works closely with leadership and project teams to ensure goals are accomplished within time and budget goals, in line with business objectives and stakeholder expectations, and within quality and integrity parameters. The Senior Project Manager will indirectly lead project teams and all aspects of project management to successfully deliver on complex technology solutions and the associated change management with large-scale enterprise projects. This role will coach/mentor/train project managers across Information Technology (IT) to support best-in-class delivery of project management and SEI methodologies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Partner with business owners and stakeholders to define project vision, review and gain approval of scope including objectives, measures of success, schedule, costs, risks and issues. Direct projects from Proposal to Implementation, effectively applying appropriate EPMO methodology and upholding project standards. Act as primary customer contact and ensure customer expectations are understood and managed. Along with Business and IT Owners, identify resources/staffing requirements. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors Develop and maintain project plans and communicate milestones. Ensure proposed solution fulfills agreed upon outcomes including functional, technical, performance, security, scalability, process, and total cost of ownership. Manage day-to-day details of the project including the plan, schedule, resources, task assignments, scope, budget, issues and risks. Ensure team members understand expectations, timelines, and scope. Monitor all project activities to ascertain, track and control progress. Manage appropriate change controls to appropriately revise project plans to meet changing needs, requirements and project team workload. Create strategies for and proactively advise management of interim plans, potential issues, risks, and implications of requested scope, timeline or resource changes. Proactively eliminate roadblocks in the projects critical path to help ensure successful delivery of the solution. Lead the effort using creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs. Plan and lead project status meetings and report schedule, budget, and delivery details to project ownership, steering committees and the project team. Design and maintain high level project documentation, ensuring documents are complete, current, appropriately stored and aligned with EPMO project methodology. Develop and maintain project level tools and resources to support SEI project management methodologies and processes. Coach/mentor/develop project managers across SEI. Advanced skills in implementing/delivering and driving change management associated with large scale enterprise system implementations and/or changes. Abile to effectively establish cross-functional team alignment and manage large initiatives. Ability to lead at both strategic and tactical levels. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor. Must be open, adaptable and able to operate with degrees of ambiguity. Experience in using Microsoft Project to track and manage tasks, resources and project costs. Advanced knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with custom web development projects and/or Peoplesoft and Salesforce implementations. Advanced ability working within the parameters of a project methodology. Comfortable working with geographically diverse teams. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio preferred. Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results. Proven ability to positively influence project teams. Work Experience: 8+ years of direct project management experience with complex multi-year technical projects. 5+years of overall business / IT experience. Robust experience in formal project delivery methodologies; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred. Experience in an IT organization or online training department preferred Educaton Bachelors degree from an accredited institution; Masters degree from an accredited institution desired.
