(Note: If you are not interested please share it to your friends/Colleagues, Thanks in advance) Role: SAP S/HANA Developer Job type: Longterm Location : Edison, New Jersey (Onsite from day 1) Key Responsibilities: SAP Module Expertise: Manage and configure SAP SD, PP, and related modules including LE (Logistics Execution), FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling), and WM (Warehouse Management). Oversee Material Management and Batch Management processes. Handle material movements, procurement processes (purchase requisitions, quotations, RFx processes, Purchase Orders, Contracts), and inventory activities. Configure and manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) in collaboration with PP consultants. Process Management: Administer procurement processes from Purchase Requisition to Invoicing. Manage physical inventory processes including document creation, recount, and posting differences. Develop and configure release strategies, including creating release groups and indicators. Configure enterprise structure including new site configurations and assignments. Data and Interfaces: Maintain master data including Material Master, Vendor Master, and Source Lists. Oversee inventory management activities such as goods receipts, transfer postings, and automatic account assignments. Handle pricing and valuation processes, including pricing procedures and split valuation. Manage stock transport orders and data exchange using EDI, interfaces, and IDocs. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore teams. Work with ABAP teams for development and troubleshooting. Ensure quality assurance through unit, integration, and regression testing. Prepare and present deployment materials and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) signoff. Change Management and Documentation: Adhere to formal change management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices. Document and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. Develop and execute application configuration and testing scenarios. Competencies: Digital: SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Sourcing & Procurement Strong leadership and communication skills. Expertise in SAP module integration and data exchange. Experience: 10+ years of experience with SAP modules, particularly SD and PP. Essential Skills: Extensive experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and related modules. Proven ability to interface with non-SAP systems. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and MRP processes. Experience in configuring release strategies, enterprise structures, and managing master data. Proficient in data exchange, EDI, and IDocs. Ability to lead teams and coordinate with ABAP developers. Desirable Skills: Similar experience as listed in essential skills. Additional exposure to SAP modules beyond SD and PP can be beneficial.
