Business Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Location: - Nashville TN- Onsite Contract Responsibilities: - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements Write clear, concise, and unambiguous requirements using Microsoft Word templates, including the identification of risks, assumptions, and definitions Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive business requirements Document business needs, functional specifications, and user stories Analysis and Documentation: Analyse current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system architecture Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support solution development Solution Design and Evaluation: Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate potential technology solutions and assess their alignment with business goals Participate in the design and review of system architectures, workflows, and user interfaces Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements Manage expectations and resolve conflicts by facilitating consensus among stakeholders Project Management Support: Work closely with project managers and Scrum masters to align on project plans in relation to resource restrictions and top priorities Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues that may impact delivery timelines Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred . Skills: - Mandatory skills Proven experience as a business analyst in IT projects, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and reporting is a plus.
