Experience on working with CI/CD4+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
