This includes integrating data into marts, developing models, and automating reports while continuously presenting and reassessing results. Lead and support cross-disciplinary teams to identify and implement analytic strategies for improving value-based reimbursements for University Hospitals. What You Will Do: Lead requirements gathering with clinical and business stakeholders to shape analytic plans. Co-create and manage advanced analytics techniques to enhance data-driven interventions. Develop and implement predictive models for value-based contracting and population health. Design engaging data visualizations for end-users. Utilize diverse data sources, including EHR, claims, scheduling, and social determinants of health, to support clinical and operational goals. Assess new data sources and gathering methods for effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to value-based programs. Maintain actuarial standards and work towards obtaining credentials Education: Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field Qualifications: 2+ years with complex analytics, health insurance, or health claims data. Proficiency in SQL and complex queries. Experience with at least one advanced programming language (e.g., Python, R). Strong decision-making and communication skills. Skilled in turning questions into hypotheses, extracting data, and creating statistical models. Experience in gathering and validating requirements, evaluating analytic approaches, and managing project timelines. Working knowledge of emerging technology platforms. Progress towards Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
