Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels. Project Management: Proven experience in managing change implementation including design, configuration, testing, and post change support. SDLC Process Understanding Functional Specifications - Ability to read and understand existing Functional Specifications for all functional related custom enhancements Fiori apps to streamline production execution operations Able to manage a team as required.
