The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and effective service-oriented architectures. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop end-to-end CX strategies, including omnichannel support, self-service portals, and automated workflows. Ensure integration of Service Cloud with other enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and external data sources. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation. Optimize and continuously improve service processes to meet evolving business needs. Ensure compliance with best practices for security, scalability, and performance. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to inform future enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation. Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) principles and service management. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with data integration, API management, and middleware solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
